| BATTER FOR RED LOBSTER'S FRIED SHRIMP A thick,
crisp batter for fried shrimp or chicken strips. It is more than enough
for 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined; or chicken breasts
cut into 1/2 inch strips. |

| Directions Mix all the ingredients, except the oil for frying, until smooth. If the batter
is too thick, thin it out with a little water. Fry the shrimp or chicken strips a few at a time in hot oil at 350 F for about 3 minutes. |
